Lot Purchase
On August 18, 2021, we closed on the purchase of the lot needed for the well #3 Arsenic Treatment Facility.
Sandoval County Approval of Lot Split
As part of the well #3 arsenic treatment facility project, the Cooperative plans to purchase part of existing Sundance Mesa Lot 104. For that to happen, the Sandoval County Planning and Zoning Commission has been asked to approve:
- Summary Plat to divide Lot 104 to into Lot 104-A and Lot 104-B, with the restriction that Lot 104-B is not to be a residential lot
- Variance for Lot 104-B to be less than one acre
- Conditional Use Permit, Essential public utility structures, for a domestic water well and arsenic treatment facility on Lot 104-B

Lot Subdivision and Purchase
On June 9, 2021, the subdivision plat, with all required signatures, was filed with the Sandoval County Clerk, along with the associated subdivision disclosure statement.
